Here at Liquidfriction we have the experience, knowledge and expertise to create personal development programmes that are specific to your needs or the needs of the people you wish to engage. Through the medium of outdoor activities we promote the development of skills such as communication, leadership, problem solving and teamwork, by placing our clients in an experiential learning environment you can achieve something more than just fun from our activities.

Although adventurous activities are fun and exiting, there is a natural by-product, which is an individual’s realisation of themselves their abilities, achievements and what can be accomplished given the opportunity. Our ability to facilitate these opportunities and activities is what makes our personal development programmes so effective.

Liquidfriction’s instructional team are all experienced facilitators and outdoor education practitioners, having worked for and with the industry’s leaders, we feel we have a wealth of knowledge to use as productively as possible for the benefit of others in an environment that can offer so much such as,

We offer the following course time frames

• Half day sessions
• Full day sessions
• Week long development and activity courses

Our suggestion for both the half day and full day time frames is that they are best used as part of an ongoing course over a period of your choice this will help to ensure a good level of progression. However we do cater for everyone’s needs and budgets and will create a course plan to maximise the developmental opportunities with whatever time frame we have to work with.

• Community sports leader award
