Liquidfriction is based in South Wales surrounded by some of the most incredible coastline, Valleys, lakes and mountains in the UK. Our aim is to allow as many people as possible the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors in whatever way suits their ability and needs. We offer action packed high adrenaline activities such as Canyoning, coasteering, climbing, Abseiling, Kayaking, Canoeing and mountain biking. Not only can we offer all those amazing adventure activities but also we specialize in creating and delivering tailor made personal development courses for youth organisations, using outdoor adventurous activities as a tool to promote personal development.

All of our instructors are highly qualified and experienced, practitioners and facilitators who are dedicated to developing their own skills and spending as much time as possible doing what they love.

Our experience and skills allow us to offer the next level of adventure and still cater for everyone’s needs, whether a stag or hen party, a family, or group of friends our expert instruction and amazing activity locations here in south Wales will blow your mind. The only limitations during our activities are what you tell yourself you can’t do.
